Freeform bug

I'm having a problem with freeform mode in mcpe

From the video:

1. Obtain a device with the Freeform option for applications (or enable via the device's experimental options settings on Android Q and up, may require restart)
2. Open Minecraft
3. Press the Recent Apps button for the device
4. Select the Freeform option
