Texture glitches after interacting with blocks (in a friends world)

This bug happened only after joining in an other persons world. Basically what happens is that after interacting with a block, some weird glitch happens. E.g. after mining block of wood, half of the leaves turns into cauldrons /or placing block on a block of dirt, the original block turns into redstone rails (and it behaves as rails - you can drop in there, because its not solid).

Also it happens only for the player who joins into the world, the host sees everything normally.
