Account error -9 with marketplace

Hello I been trying to get of marketplace for a few days now and can't seem to get it working im always left with this message  "There is an Error With your Account. You Will Be Unable To Use The Marketplace Until We Have Resolved This Issue. If This Issue Persists for several days Please Contact Support." so I was here to message you in hopes of getting it Resolved thanks
