I have been ghost muted

I have been playing on mineplex the past couple of days and I realised no one could see my chats I worked out I have been ghost muted by Microsoft I havent done anything and its affecting my playing. My username is Syphon966 if I could be un ghost muted that would be appreciated or if there is anyway this could be resolved please let me know.
