When lightning rod broken can’t place it again and door sound not happen

So I make a lightning rod go on my roof to place the lightning rod I place it decided I want to move it broke it (when I had my plus in the middle hovering over it the lightning rod turned red) so I decided where I wanted to put the lightning rod I couldn’t place it down. Then I open my birch door to go inside the house and it doesn’t make the door opening sound or closing sound. PS Later when I was typing this I tried to go to slip while holding the lightning rod I couldn’t go to sleep until I held something else.
