Going Through A Nether Portal In The End, Causes Player Desync
This is a hard one to explain, but if you setblock a nether portal in the end (or just place one from obtaining a nether portal tile) once you return to the overworld you will be disconnected from where the game thinks you are. The game could think you are at 0,0, but you can still fly around and explore, without taking damage, being able to place/break blocks, interact with mobs/items/chests etc. Basically you turn into a ghost.
How to reproduce
1. Go to the end
2. Run /setblock ~~~ portal
3. You will be teleported back to your spawn point.
4. Fly away from you spawn point a bit, and start dropping items, trying to break blocks, or place blocks.
5. You'll notice that you won't be able to interact with the world, and any dropped items will be near your spawn point. You will be able to interact with things near your spawn point, but not further away from it.
Expected results
You should return to your spawn point as normal, or perhaps be teleported to the nether normally. More info about nether portals and the end can be found here: MCPE-34142
Additional:
Going through a never portal in the end, in a flat world, spawns you at Y32,000 in the overworld. Other than that, everything else is as described above.
