Sculk sensor does not respond to putting on armor

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, the sculk sensor reacts when the armor is put on, but in the bedrock version it does not.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place the sculk sensor.
2. Put on your armor (not through inventory).

Observed Results:

Putting on armor does not activate the sculk sensor.

Expected Results:

Sculk sensor is activated when armor is put on.
