Hot bar bug

There are times where items can not be moved from hot bar or swapped with an other item ( temp fix is for me to drop and pick up item)

 

In crafting bench there are times I try to merge 2 tools together ( also can not drop any of the bugged items in this menu) they act as if you have curse of binding for that slot

 

So unable to merge 2 used "example stone pick axe" together.  Issues with diamond tools and other items
