Creation loss

I have had a Minecraft world for almost a month and I joined the world today and most of my progress was gone. My friends house is gone. My terraforming is gone. My pet pink sheep is gone. PLEASE HELP! Help! I also lost a lot of my items. New- “idk if Mona go did anything but my world is fixed and I don’t know how to delete this so just ignore it.”
