fix the creative flying bug (with video)

On Minecraft Xbox 360 edition (console) building in creative was fun. But now its a chore in Minecraft bedrock because the flying and building speeds are different. this might not seem like much but it has impacted my gameplay so much that I have considered going back to Minecraft Xbox 360 edition. Don't believe me, I attached  a video of famous youtuber Stampylonghead talking about this very thing
