Blocks changing into other blocks on a crossplay world

I am playing on Windows 10 PC and I'm playing on a lan Xbox one crossplay world with my friends and blocks change into other blocks on my end. Nothing happens in a single player world or on there end. It also happened on another lan crossplay world.
