Cannot open past logo screen

I have no idea which version so ignore above, as I cannot access the program any more. I paid for the full beta Windows 10 version and it has worked for a couple of weeks but now will not open past the logo screen and just reverts back to desk top. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I have seen similar issues posted but do not understand the replies, or if it is the same problem.
