[MCPE-117506] Nylium spreading doesn't produce particles correctly

Spreading nylium "generates" the composter/ happy villager (those green stars) particles. The particles thought apear inside the block and are rarely visible from the top of the block

Steps to Reproduce:

place down some nylium
place some netherrack next to it
use bone meal on the netherrack
repeat

Observed Results:
the green particles appear to come from inside the block and some times are not visible

Expected Results:
the particles should be produced from above the block so they can be seen
