Jungle Leaves visual bug. Not being transparent

Just noticed a minor visual bug regarding to jungle leaves. I compared it to every leaves and also tried to grow a jungle sapling. It doesn't match the normal trees.

I recently updated it from 1.16.201 and it's still like this. First noticed it when I'm using a texture pack. At first I thought it's the problem of the texture but I removed it and restarted the game and even restarting my phone and it's still like this. I don't know if this is an isolated problem or if its affecting others.

It's just a minor issue but feels wierd nonetheless.

Steps to reproduce: 

Just find any jungle tree or jump in creative mode and place jungle leaves.

Expected result: 

Must be transparent like the other leave variants.

Obtained result: 

The jungle leaves looks so opaque than usual leaves.
