Holding the jump button in Pocket Edition doesn't make the player keep jumping

When you hold jump on Minecraft Pocket Edition, it doesn't keep jumping. It works on Windows 10, Controller, but not on MCPE. When you hold the jump button on MCPE, it goes gray, but it only jumps once.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Launch Minecraft on a mobile device
2. Open a world
3. Hold the jump button

Observed Results:
The player only jumps once.

Expected Results:
Like on Windows and Console, the player should keep jumping for as long as the jump button is held.
