Xbox One Beta: Can't view or change skins

Whenever we access the Character Creator, all existing skins (in the carousel, edit skin, and skin packs) have a continuous loading indicator. Creating a brand new skin works when selecting from Mojang store items and pre-exsting character item purchases . Once we return to the primary selection screen we're unable to identify the skin due to the loading indicators.
