Tamed Wolves become untamed when reopening game

Steps to duplicate
-Start a new creative world.
-From where you just spawned, spawn 2 wolves.
-Tame both wolves. (Do not make them stand!)
Reopen your world, at least 1 of your wolves is untamed again (No red collar) and is standing instead of sitting!
