Enchanted bows and crossbows are not rendered in the nether

The bow is not appearing on the player's hand or not being rendered at the bottom, but in the normal world it is appearing, but a little different and on the nether portal it’s totally transparent

Additional information from MCPE-67654:
This issue affects bows and crossbows being held by players, skeletons, and armor stands in the Nether.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to the Nether
2. Place an armor stand
3. Obtain and enchant a bow
4. Place the bow on the armor stand

Observed Results:
The bow appears invisible.

Expected Results:
The bow should be visible on the armor stand.

There are several reports that this bug does not affect Windows 10.
