Almost all non-full blocks flash through barriers

Summary:

Almost all incomplete blocks flash through the texture of the displayed barriers (when the player is holding the barrier in his hand).

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place the barrier.
2. Place an incomplete block behind it (e.g. sculk sensor).

Observed Results:

The texture of the block behind the barrier will flash.

Expected Results:

The texture does not flash over the top of the barrier.
