Character texture error when flying on elytra

Summary:

With a certain flight, the player's icon starts blinking and from the third person it also starts blinking.

This problem is best reproduced in the first person. The third person will always have a similar result (you need to enable the player icon): BaG.mp4

I'll give instructions on how to reproduce this problem, but you'd better watch the video (it's hard to reproduce the bug without video).

Steps to Reproduce (1):

1. Develop elytra speed straight down.
2. Change abruptly upward flight position.

Steps to Reproduce (2):

1. Switch to creative mode.
2. Fly horizontally.
3. Press the space bar. (only for pc. on other devices I don't know yet how)

1. Just quickly change flight positions.

Observed Results:

The elytra on the doll twitch very strongly.

Expected Results:

The elytra do not twitch.
