Twisting vines hitbox is way too large

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the Java version, twisting vines has a small hitbox, and in the bedrock version, only the last twisting vines block has the correct hitbox.
I've noticed that the hitbox doesn't affect the player's climbing. The player can still only climb on the correct hitbox.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Plant twisting vines in at least two blocks.

Observed Results:
The bottom block will have the wrong hitbox, although the last block has the correct hitbox!

Expected Results:
The hitbox of all twisting vines blocks must be the same! (as the topmost block)
