Trees, Grass or Others Crops Not Growing and If a Cut a Tree It's leaf floting in the air its never broke

Game is Broken Some How, Trees, Grass or Others Crops are not Growing and When i cut a tree it's leaf never Broke it's stay in air unless i manually Brake it. I'm not sure what the main problem Game tik or something else.

I can provide the screenshot down below. I wait like 3 minecraft day its still same nothing growing even grass not spread.
