Hide Controller Hints setting does not hide the Controller hints in the Achievements screen

Hide Controller Hints setting does not hide the Controller hints in the Achievements screen. It does not hide the Input Legend or the Tab inputs.

How to reproduce:

Go to Settings
Turn on Hide Controller Hints
Go to Achievements screen

Observed Results: It does not hide the Controller Hints.

Expected Results: It should Hide the Controller Hints.
