Copper Blocks can be crafted back into ingots, despite being in different oxidizing states

This bug is a parity issue.
You can craft back copper ingots from copper blocks, even though it is already in other oxidized stage (exposed, weathered, oxidized).

How to Reproduce
Craft back copper ingots with exposed, weathered, or oxidized copper blocks.
