Various Beta Bugs

Beta machine broke

So I've been playing the console (Xbox one s)
1.16.210.57 beta and I've come in contact with a few bugs, I'm not here to complain; I'm curious to see if anyone else came in contact with any of the same bugs.

• health not regenerating
• tilled soil not saturating
• crops not growing
• leaves not despawning after wood is harvested
• custom skin not loading
• can't exit skin selection screen

So far I tried the following for possible solutions:
• hard reset Xbox
• uninstall then reinstall game
• tried loading new world with all additional beta features
•tried loading new world with no additional beta features
• tried loading some additional beta features
• tried loading old save without the additional settings

Seems like the last update did something to the game entirely but I'm not exactly sure. If anyone knows a solution and/or a particular forum that could point myself or anyone else into particular direction that could help; that would be awesome!
