xbox one beta-can not remove, change,or replace items in toolbar..they are stuck

the issue is a game breaker enough to quit beta all together...it seems to be more with pick axes... once i put  tool in a tool bar slot they are stuck there until they break...I can't move them to a chest, move them to enchant, swap for another item, or  toss, its just stuck...now I'm stuck with two pickaxes in my toolbar can't  remove them...I understand its beta there will be bugs, but this is so basic and key to game play...if I'm the only one then please help me to resolve this issue..thnx
