Switch pro controller has input delay when playing minecraft

The switch pro controller has input delay when I'm playing minecraft. When I resync it, it will work for a few minutes, but then the delay will come back. The issue doesn't happen with my joycons. I've tried all troubleshooting methods. It doesn't happen with other games.
