Pointed dripstone cannot be placed on some blocks

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:
In the Java version, the pointed dripstone can be installed on some blocks but in the bedrock version it cannot.

Blocks:

• Spawner
• Shulker box
• Daylight Sensor ¹
• Stonecutter ¹
• Trapdoor (fixed 1.18.30.22/23)
• Campfire ¹ (fixed)
• Lectern ¹ (fixed)
• End Portal Frame ¹ (fixed 1.19.60.20)
• Enchanting Table ¹ (fixed 1.19.60.20)

1 - can only be installed on the underside

How to Reproduce:

1. Take the above blocks.
2. Place these blocks.
3. Try setting pointed dripstone on it.

Observed Results:
Pointed dripstone will not be placed to the indicated blocks.

Expected Results:
Pointed dripstone will be placed to the indicated blocks.
