Jumping & landing sounds aren't controlled by the "Players" slider

Jumping & landing sounds aren't considered part of the "Players" slider, they're controlled by the "Blocks" slider instead.

This is inconsistent with the stepping sounds. Since MCPE-109252 works as intended, these are the incorrect ones.
