Iron bars and glass panels connects to pointed dripstone

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the bedrock version, the glass panels and iron bars are connected to the pointed dripstone, while in the Java version they are not connected.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a pointed dripstone.
2. Place an iron bars and glass panel next to it.

Observed Results:
The iron bars and glass panel connects to the pointed dripstone.

Expected Results:
It should not connect.
