Some blocks should not stand on the pointed dripstone

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

In the Java version, the following blocks cannot be installed on the pointed dripstone, but in the bedrock you can. 

Affected blocks: (I seem to have added everything, but if I missed something - write in the comments)

• Snow layer
• Torch (all kinds of torches) ²
• Lanterns
• Buttons ²
• Lever arm ²
• Pressure plate
• Coral ²
• Scaffolding
• Bell ²
• Rails
• Tripwire hook ¹
• Repeater
• Comparator
• Redstone dust
• Doors
• Sea pickles

1 - placed only on the side.

2 - can also be installed laterally.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put the pointed dripstone.
2. Take the above blocks.
3. Install the above units on the pointed dripstone.

Observed Results:

The blocks will be installed.

Expected Results:

Blocks will not be installed on the pointed dripstone.
