Sculk sensor can be moved by a piston

This bug report is a parity issue with Java.

Summary:

The Sculk sensor can be moved with a piston on the bedrock version, but not in the Java version.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Put the sculk sensor.
2. Place the piston next to it.
3. Activate the piston.

Observed Results:

The sculk sensor will be moved by the piston.

Expected Results:

The Sculk sensor will remain in place.
