Trap Doors does not save when opened

My Device: Lg Optimus L70
This Bug is for 0.13.0 Beta 5

When I place trap doors onto the walls of my house, exited then entered, it flipped up closed again. I went into creative and place it on all of the blocks I can think of in the game (except blocks I can't place trapdoors on) it still doesn't save.
Steps to Reproduce
-Place a trap door anywhere on the side of anything it can get on.
-Open the trap door.
-Exit.
-Reenter.
-The trapdoor will flip up to a closed position again.
