Continuous block breaking system not working

I was gonna go to mine as usual then I noticed that usually after tap holding a block, the block usually breaks continuously breaks, it usually works after moving my finger away from it, the hand keeps moving, but when i move it away from it it stops working. I have to tap hold again to enter that "continuous block breaking" phase again. It's really annoying. I can add footage if you want. Plz fix it soon
