The Left Bracket and Right Bracket tab input doesn't work in the Achievements Screen

The Left Bracket and Right Bracket tab input don't work in the Achievements Screen.

How to Reproduce:

1. Set tab left and tab right options to the Left and Right Bracket
2. Go to the Achievements Screen
3. Press the Left and Right Brackets

Observed Results:
It doesn't tab left or right.

Expected Results:
It should tab Left and Right.
