Regeneration slowly appearance and lag game

From the starts on the game, when i play it now, enter to my world either survival or creative mode ,the regeneration of terrain is late sometimes white background then i move my character, they will appear slowly...sometimes lag when i placing blocks faster side by side and other placing them.
