when i try to join my friends worlds it loads saying connecting to multiplayer game then says unable to connect its been happening for a while now and there's no possible cause for it to be happening please fix this

there is a bug for minecraft bedrock that has been happening for a while now i use a nintendo switch and an IPad Air to play and my friends use Nintendo switches and a laptop i'm only able to join one of their worlds which is my friend with a switch i can never join my other friends with another switch and laptop and its been happening for weeks and it just says unable to connect to world when i try to join please fix this
