Win10 Beta 0.12.3 cannot connect MCPE 0.12.3 on Andriod 5.0.2

Similar issue in 0.12.2 (MCPE-11076)

Trying to connect my Windows 10 PC MC Beta to MCPE 0.12.3 getting the attached error. I've had to add the MCPE Friend manually via IP address, the game shows a green dot but error when connect. No firewalls in place between the two devices.
Attempted to connect the other way (MCPE -> Win10Beta) the MCPE cannot see the Win10Beta game at all.
