Using a flower pot while holding a block causes the block to be placed then immediately disappear

When using a flower pot while holding a block, the block will set in and immediately disappear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a flower pot
2. Place a flower in the pot
3. Place a block on the flower pot
