Skeleton horses respond slowly compared to horses

When moving the camera, moving forward, and jumping when riding a skeleton horse, the response of the skeleton horse is considerably slow compared to a normal horse.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Spawn and ride a skeleton horse
2. Move the camera, move forward, and jump
3. Repeat these steps with a normal horse

Observed Results:
The response of the skeleton horse is considerably slower compared to the normal horse.

Expected Results:
The response of the skeleton horse should be the same as the normal horse.
