Arrows/tridents stuck mid-air and not despawning

I was testing out a redstone machine that I had made with sculk sensors and I tried firing arrows with dispensers. Few of the arrows got stuck mid air and didn't despawn. Below is a screenshot that I took while playing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Obtain a bow or trident
2. Repeatedly shoot arrows or throw tridents

Observed Results:
Some arrows/tridents get stuck in the air.

Expected Results:
No arrows/tridents should get stuck in the air.
