Entry into the Constant Placing System allows block placement beyond the intended range, at any angle

In the first stage of the Constant Placing System, it is possible to place blocks outside of the player's block placing range, and even at any angle. 

Steps to Reproduce 

1. Obtain a block that is part of the Constant Placing System (something like stone, dirt, sand, or other full blocks) 
2. Place it while keeping the "use" button held (keep holding right-click or left-trigger; touch controls don't work here) 
3. Look away from the block, and make sure you aren't highlighting another block 
4. Travel any distance within 13 blocks of the block that you placed (while not looking at any block) 
5. Stop moving 
6. Look at a block 
7. Move in a direction (up, down, left, right, forwards, or backwards) 

Here, the block in the player's hand will be placed on the block originally. If the player is in survival mode, they are at least limited to their block placement range, but in creative mode, the limitation is 13 blocks.
