Mobile users are not able to crop their profile picture on this site.

This is rather a bug on this site that doesn't allow mobile users to change their profile picture. This may be very annoying while setting up a profile on mobile gadgets. Please, fix this.

(I added which version it affects because the system wouldn't allow me to post this issue.)
