Constantly disconnecting on relams

We have a family realm one which we play daily. For the passed 4 days everytime we log onto the realm we are almost immediately disconnected. We are not in the same house, or on the same WiFi, connection is great. Have restarted all devices, have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. We are getting very frustrated as we are paying paying for something which isn't working again.
