Stuffs in MCPE change into IRON SHOVELS

Help me.... All of my weapons change to iron shovel, even in my world or in a server
Im using LG LGE 769 or 796 or 679 or something.
And the version of MCPE that im using is 0.13.0 beta 3
P/s: The iron shovel sometimes turn into a mushroom...
