minecraft marketplace we're unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection

On one Xbox Live accounts I am getting this error on the Minecraft Marketplace (minecraft marketplace we're unable to connect to the marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection)  I can switch to any of my other Live accounts and they are able to access the marketplace so I know it is not my internet connection.  I contacted MS and they said to file a ticket here as they can not see any issue with the Live account.  The issue persists across multiple Xboxes I have done the following:

 

1.  Unistalled and reinstalled Minecraft multiple times

2.  Unistalled and reinstalled the Live account multiple times

3.  Done multiple hard resets

 

PLEASE HELP
