This has been a bug that was reported a year ago and was called resolved even though it was not I was hoping it's looked into again

My world has been corrupted on Xbox series x for 5 months now I thought it would fix when getting next gen gaming but it has not I've watched many video and apparent fixes but none have worked I was wondering if there was a form a fix I am missing and if there is anything I can do. Or is there no hope for my world.
