when putting your skin in smallest size with slim arms your hands wont render unless holding a block

I was playing around with code agent and put down my skin to the smallest size with slim arms on the character creator and for some reason, my hands won't render unless holding a block I had to compress the video on an online image converter because it was over 10 mb so if there's gonna be watermark don't tell me I'm faking.
