Audio Issue With Razer THX.

When using my Razer Kraken TE headset and setting my audio output in windows to (THX Spatial- Synspe) which I need to use, the Audio in-game goes very quiet and really crackly/static.  However, if I switch my audio output in Windows to Nvidia Broadcast the Audi is loud and fine. 

 

I currently don't have any driver updates for my audio drivers.
