Block lag

On build3 survival mining blocks has a lag where after block is destroyed it does not always drop from position straight away. Sometimes 6 or so blocks can 'pop' before the first destroyed blocks disappear. This also happens with grass tree and all block types. There is also a block placing lag where not always do newly placed blocks generate, but also take extra time to appear causing me to sometimes double stack a block.
